Currently, The Compass Club has the following Interest Groups.

Everyone is welcome in every group and there is no limit, except for your time, to the number of groups you may join.

Books and Coffee meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10 am in either local libraries, members homes, or in the winter months via Zoom to discuss each months selection. See the Newsletter for upcoming titles. Fo more information, contact Kathi Brandmueller
Daytime Books meets the 4th Thursday of the month at 1 pm for book discussion and light refreshments. Meetings take place in members homes. See the Newsletter for upcoming titles. Contact Kathy Cousineau for more information
Trailblazers meet for fun activities. Most recently the group met for a zip-lining adventure. Watch for more information in the new year. Contact either Vicki Deschaine & Shari Russell
Although the new Bunco group will not be meeting this winter, the games will begin in the spring. Watch for more information in the Newsletter or contact Lynn Troop for information. The Mahjong group meets twice a month on Wednesdays. Whether you are a seasoned player or a beginner you are welcome. Email Dona Farsdahl for more information. A new group - the Ukulele Gang meets once a month for fun strumming. No experience is needed, but you will need a uke. Contact person is Kathi Brandmueller
The BYOB group meets about once a months at members home. Spouses are welcome. Bring your favorite beverage along with a snack to share and make some new friends. BYOB chair is Vicki Deschaine Although the Mexican Train (a domino game) group is halting for the winter, the group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the monthat various locations. Maureen Boutz is the conductor of this group. The Wine & Spirits meets are various brew pubs, wineries, and cider houses around Spokane. Spouse are welcome. Crafting and Chatting is for those who love learning to crafts. Meetings include lunch, new friends, and great creating. Contact Shari Russell for more information. Quilt & Stitch meets usually the third Monday of the month for sharing. All are welcome. Contact Anne Slausen for more information. Women Bonding is a group that meets for fun activiies. Recently the group toured Beck's Harvest Houe at Green Bluff and attended the Spokane Folk Festival. A planning meeting for the next fun day is planned for January 15. This group is led by Kathleen Howlett & Jean Leonard
